March 10, 1981 Dear Professor Homer; I am working on a monograph on Charles Sheeler (with particular emphasis on his photography) and would appreciate the opportunity to visit you and discuss several questions which have presented themselves. As it turns out, I will be in the Washington-Baltimore-Philadelphia area the week of March 23 through 27. Might you have some time to give me during that week? If so, please let me know and we can set a date. If these dates are inconvenient for you perhaps you can propose an alternate time. Your work on Seurat, Stieglitz, Dove and othears has always been of immense interest and I look forward to the prospect of meeting you. John Paul Driscoll Curator
