June 30, 1975 Prof. William I. Homer, Chairman Department of Art History University of Delaware Wilmington, Delaware Dear Prof. Homer I recently wrote to you in regards to the work of the Chinese-American painter Yun Gee who produced a body of work during the late 'twenties and early thirties. At the time I had hoped to see you but it was on very short notice and you were busy on the day that I expected to be near Wilmington. A member of your staff did telephone me, however, and told me that you would be interested in seeing Yun's work when you are in New York again. Is there the possibility that you may be coming to New York in the near future? I now have most of the work together and would welcome the opportunity of showing it to you. Hope for the pleasure of hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Helen Gee
